So I followed the basic recipe, although I added 10 oz. Bacon and cut the cheese (ha ha) from 2 1/2 cups to 2 cups, added 1/2 cup cream cheese and a 1/4 cup butter (since I use skim milk, i thought the extra cream would be nice) and baked covered for an hour.
It was SO GOOD.
I'm full, but I want MORE. NOW.
Food = Good.
